The Rock was a highlight of both nights of WrestleMania 40, as he competed on the first night and got involved in the main event of WrestleMania Sunday. It featured him going after John Cena as well and now The Rock has finally addressed taking out his old rival.

The highlight of WrestleMania 40 Sunday was the main event. In the intense Bloodline Rules match between Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns, several stars emerged to level the playing field for the American Nightmare, ensuring he had a fair chance to conclude his narrative. Among the notable names, John Cena and The Undertaker made surprise appearances to aid Cody Rhodes in overcoming the Bloodline.

The Rock took out John Cena after having a long staredown with him, courtesy of a huge Rock Bottom, but to no avail. The Great One took to his Instagram and finally addressed his confrontation with Cena, making it clear that he could always see Cena.

The Rock is also eyeing return at WrestleMania 40, so we will have to wait and see whether he and John Cena will have yet another confrontation next year somehow.
