Realestate.com.au’s January 2019 Property Outlook report stated that more and more people are considering a move to Northern New South Wales since the A-list actor and his family became locals in the area.

Pulling data from 80 million property searches, the Richmond-Byron Bay area came in at top spot for the highest price growth of any NSW area over the last quarter.
