Models and rock go together like peanut ʙuттer and jelly, so it was no shock some live music brought out the pretty people oh Hollywood on Saturday night.

Gigi Hadid made dressing down glamorous as she headed to the iconic Roxy on Sunset Strip.

Joined by her on and off again boyfriend, Cody Simpson, the catwalk star got a chance to watch the final night of the Royal Machines’ Christmas performances.

Proving she does not need a runway to show off her style, the 19-year-old strutting into the venue in a pair of cropped blue jeans with a grey long roll neck sweater and a Diesel Letterman jacket.

Clearly rocking out to the band – which is made up of Cult’s Billy Morrison, Chris Chaney and Dave Navarro from Jane’s Addiction, Sugar Ray’s Mark McGrath, Adrian Young from No Doubt and actor Donovan Leitch – the stunner got a little H๏τ so walked out with in a white t-shirt with the sweater around her waist.

Ensuring she did not look too overdressed, Gigi skipped wearing heels in favour of a pair of black boots.

Trailing behind her was Australian beau Cody but he appeared to be content to let his girlfriend shine.

The singer dressed in a double denim ensemble featuring dark jeans and a lighter blue jacket over a white T-shirt.

The La Da Dee star added a balck hat and some suede boots for a rocker edge.

Despite a rather up and down relationship, the 17-year-old recently gushed about Gigi.

He told Sydney Confidential: ‘I enjoy being with her because she makes me a better guy. She checks me when I slip up.’I’m pretty laid back but if I do anything wrong she is the first to tell me.

‘We have an honest relationship and it’s better than ever now.’

As to their changing relationship status the singer said: ‘I think younger couples need time to do their own thing and explore what they need in their life.’
