Diddy is facing multiple charges that could see him sentenced to up to 45 years in prison.
However, Diddy and his lawyer Marc Agnifilo said they will continue to appeal and ask for bail while being held in a Brooklyn jail. The Sun said that the hip hop mogul’s numerous serious charges could see him face up to 45 years in prison.
