Neymar has stepped up his recovery from injury by posting a video of himself working out in the gym, going for a bike ride and diving into a swimming pool on his YouTube channel.
The Paris Saint-Germain star injured the fifth metatarsal in his right foot during the French champions Coupe de France clash with Strasbourg last month and was ruled out for around seven weeks.
Neymar, who has received treatment in Paris and Barcelona, headed back to Brazil on Thursday for a 10-day trip under supervision of PSG’s medical department.

During a diary of his week, footage shows Neymar working up a sweat as he looks to rebuild the strength he lost after suffering the injury.
He was seen strengthening his groin muscles on a series of leg exercises before getting up from the machine and limping away with the aide of his crutches. He then went on a picturesque bike ride around Rio de Janeiro with some friends.
Neymar returned indoors to carry out some stretching exercises before moving onto the weights to bulk up. He then concluded another busy week of recovery by swimming in an outdoor pool.
The Brazilian admitted crying for two days after re-breaking the bone and is still set to be sidelined for another seven weeks.
He was forced to watch the first leg of his side’s Champions League last-16 tie against Manchester United – a 2-0 victory at Old Trafford – but Neymar has set his sights on helping PSG win the European title.
Neymar will also miss next month’s second leg, but is confident he will be back in action in time to help ‘genius’ manager Thomas Tuchel and his team-mates make it all the way to the final in Madrid.

Neymar said: ‘PSG is not just about me. It has an awesome team with great athletes and a genius coach, and the fans are like a 12th player when we are playing in Paris.
‘I have no doubts that we will be champions and that I will be playing.’
Neymar, who is expected back on the pitch in March, has been documenting his recovery on social media.
On Saturday he posted a clip of himself working hard on an exercise bike, along with a picture of himself chilling out in a pool with his son, Davi Lucca, as he continues his rehabilitation.
He also cut a solemn figure at Barcelona airport after visiting his former side’s club doctor. The striker was seen wearing dark sunglasses and a vintage tracksuit as he hobbled along.
He made the trip for consultation and treatment from Ramon Cugat and was pictured still using crutches for the broken metatarsal in his right foot.
Cugat is a renowned Spanish surgeon, specialising in orthopedic surgery, orthopaedic sports medicine and arthroscopy and evidently has the trust of Neymar.
